This is the quintessential caricature of a military man, a mercenary, or a kamikaze. His hair is shaved in a military style. His uniform is adorned with a shoe on each shoulder, representing his military rank. Among the detailed ensemble, a grenade, a rocket, a knife in its sheath, and two cartridge belts, one on each side of his torso, can be seen. The martial image of the protagonist is complemented by a hook at the end of one of his arms. The other ends in a tiny hand holding a wristwatch. The profusion of symbols with which Zaplaflora creates the image of this military figure is striking. The expressiveness of the face of a martial seriousness is part of this representation full of humorous irony.
