About this artwork

In this work, I wanted to capture a moment of inner stillness — when emotions no longer scream, but still live on inside, like ashes after a fire. I’m drawn to that fragile state when the soul seems to dissolve into memories, into vulnerability, into everything left unsaid. This figure is not just a body — it is the embodiment of the delicate line between pain and acceptance. I used layered brushstrokes and translucent color transitions to express the depth of this experience — when everything we’ve lived through becomes part of us, part of our texture. What matters to me is not to convey despair, but a quiet human strength — the kind that helps us endure, transform, and remain capable of feeling.
