Shards of sunlight

About this artwork

I painted this work through feeling rather than form. For me, these flowers became like fragments of sunlight — warm, fragile, and alive for only a moment. I wanted to preserve the sensation of light dissolving into color and air, leaving behind only emotion and memory.
