A series of three paintings (each of them are 30 cm x 40 cm). First (on the left): "The true light that gives light to every man was coming into the world. He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him." - John 1:9-11 Second (in the middle): "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that he lavished on us..." - Eph. 1:7-8a Third (on the right): "God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God." - 2 Cor. 5:21
