Bio: Born and raised in West Virginia, I came to Goose Creek, SC by way of Amelia Island, Florida in 1990. I received a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and a Master’s degree from West Virginia University. Prior to my retirement in 2005, I was an air traffic controller for 23 years, first in Jacksonville, Fla. and then at Charleston, SC Airport.
Statement: Working primarily in the mediums of pastel and watercolor, my paintings provide viewers a treasury of natural settings into which viewers can allow their imagination and memories to wander.
