Bio: Began painting in January 2018 after diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease forced retirement from work as a university lecturer. Self taught from that point.

Statement: I don't want lessons. I don't want to know about artistic conventions - if they don't exist, they can't be broken. If I know nothing, there's everything to be learned - from the act of painting itself not from someone else's experience.
