Bio: My name is Alla Kosteletskaya. I was 55 years old when I simply trusted the inner call of my soul and immersed myself in creative processes..
When creating my works, I find in everything an amazing unity of the material, mental and spiritual. I intuitively feel what I want to "talk" about and it is during work that the meanings of what is happening are revealed to me and everything falls into place. It is like a challenge that I throw to myself every time and calm down, having answered it with a completed work. This process gives me satisfaction because, starting to paint even "difficult and disturbing", I complete the picture with silence, peace and understanding of the situation..
I like to try different techniques, experiment, create three-dimensional paintings, use texture paste, gold leaf, gold and silver paints.
Since 2021 I actively participate in exhibitions: Minsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg, New York, Budapest, Parma, Ankara, Beijing - the cities where my works were exhibited. In 2023, at the International Competition ART EXCELLENCE AWARDS (Art. Perfection. Recognition), my work “Purifying Fire” received the Silver Medal of the competition in the Nomination - Painting, category - Professional.
Member of the Professional Union of Artists of Russia, member of the Italian Independent Art Association EOS Laboratorio delle Arti, Member of the Eurasian Art Union. Works are in private collections: Belarus, Russia, Europe, USA.
