“Four” was selected to be exposed in New York People and Paintings Gallery Curated International Virtual Exhibition "The Gallery´s Storeroom 2023", from Nov. to Dec. 2023. It was also selected for the XVII International Exhibition "Spring Season 17" sponsored by Spanish MundoArti from May to July 2023. It received two art awards from the International Art Group "Musing", the "Exciting Colorations" in August and "Gentle Dreams" in September, both in 2023. In July 2023 this painting received the "Gold First Place" in the international contest sponsored by the French "Groupe International de Partage del Art".
Number 4 has many mystic meanings associated to it. It represents the Earth and its four cardinal points, for instance. But in this art work I have been deeply inspired by the four elements that coexist in the life of man in apparent dichotomy: body and soul, spirit and mind. The permanent search for balance between these components is one of the great challenges of man. My work, of great positivism, is the image of happiness achieved thanks to the balance between these four essential components of human nature.
