Siracusa - This photo is like an image of centuries-old buildings and monuments shattering like an earthquake. The old is collapsing, something new will surely emerge at some point, but what, when and how? The picture causes these questions, but does not give answers. I think it's a good metaphor for the present time, in which the familiar is collapsing like a house of cards. Nothing is in its usual place, nothing can be taken for granted anymore
