Island

About this artwork

I chose this because I feel like an island, although as Merton has written "No (wo)man is an island". I do feel quite different and isolated from other humans, however, due to the chronic pain I experience and also chronic illness. So in terms of the best and the worst, it happens either while feeling isolated or while processing past events via art and writing. This could be the best part!
