During the restrictions and sanctions, my husband and I left for two weeks to rest in the village where his grandparents once lived. Almost every evening we came to a small lake with clear and transparent water to swim. At this time, the sun was already sinking and we could swim not only in the water, but also in the golden rays of the sun, filling everything around. At this moment, all daytime fatigue dissolved and we were filled with the power of the sun, water, earth, sky. In this amazing place, the feeling of inner freedom from external circumstances and unity with the surrounding nature and native land became a reality for us ... Thus, sometimes external prohibitions help us to strengthen our connection with our native land and renew our love for it. Gold acrylic paint, applied to a textured paste, enlivens the picture with a slight flicker, and tree branches create an outline of the map of my country with the beautiful name of Belarus.
