About this artwork
This painting was commissioned for an international art exhibition - "Vivid Dreams" to be held at The Gallery, Oxo Tower, London, in February 2021. The exhibition will celebrate the achievements of artists affected by Parkinson's Disease. It is not available until after the February exhibition. When people know you have Parkinson's, they often ask "does it hurt" - yes, it does, but not always how they imagine it might. It means you live knowing it is incurable, progressive and the end of many dreams you once had. Yes, it hurts. How? How long do you have to listen?
