About this artwork
Every living thing needs protection from conception onwards. The circle is perhaps the purest symbol of protection, the bony seed of the womb or fruit. In my painting, the golden-yellow circle placed in the golden ratio definitely protects the renewal of life from the savagery of the outside world.
