"Lightness and Weight" is the balance of opposites within me — a conversation between the sun and the moon, between presence and absence, between what is felt and what is hidden. This painting holds both the heaviness I carry and the lightness I seek. with this painting, I gave form to the quiet strength of duality — the grounding force of weight and the freeing lift of light. It is the best of myself, because it embraces all of me: the contradictions, the harmony, the constant shift between day and night within my soul. In this work, I found peace in being whole.
